Het appartement is volledig ingericht en er is internet.
Aan het einde van de straat bevind zich het grote en beroemde warenhuis El Corte Inglés.
Hartje centrum ligt op loopafstand van ca. 15 minuten, maar als je de Calle Princesa in loopt ben je feitelijk al in het centrum. De Universiteiten liggen dichtbij en zijn bereikbaar binnen 3 minuten.
Het appartement word gedeeld met 4 andere studenten. Er is een schoonmaakster die wekelijks alle gemeenschappelijke vertrekken schoonmaakt

Verbruikerskosten: inclusief in de huurprijs
1 maand borg, deze dient te worden voldaan bij reservering, de borg wordt binnen een maand na je vertrek aan je terug gestort indien er geen beschadigingen zijn ontstaan tijdens je verblijf.

Minimaal verblijf 5 maanden.

At the end of the street you find the El Corte Inglés. It’s on walking distance to the heart of the city centre, walking distance would be 15 minutes, but if you start walking in the Calle Princesa you already in the city centre. You find the Universities within 3 minutes with the metro. Weakly cleaning of the apartment, but you have to clean your own room.

Expenses costs: Included in the rent.
1 month deposit which have to be paid as a fix down payment by reservation and in advance. This amount will be re-deposit on your account within 30 days after your stay when there is no dammage done during your stay.

Minimum stay is 5 months.
