Fully furnished apartment with a total of 4 rooms. The metro is about 3 minutes walking distance. Distance to Barajas is one metrostop. The University UCM and Autonoma and also the centre is about a half our distance.

There are two bathrooms. Cleaning service ones a week for the apartment, but you have to clean your own room.The kichten is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, micriwave etc. There is internet in the apartment.
The smallest room is 9m2 and the large rooms is 12m2 aprox.

Large room 410.00 euro a month
1 month deposit which have to be paid in advance by reservation of the room.
The deposit will be paid back to you at the end of the renting period.
Expenses apart and have to be paid once a month, this amount will be aprox. 25 euro a month.
Minimum stay is 6 months.

Hay dos baños. Servicio semanal de limpieza en el apartamento, pero tu tienes que limpiar tu propia habitación. La cocina está totalmente equipada con lavaplatos, lavadora, horno, microondas etc. Hay internet en el apartamento.
La habitación más pequeña tiene 9m2 y la má grande 12m2 aprox.
