Een erg leuk en knus appartement in hartje centrum Granada. Er zijn in totaal 3 kamers die volledig en gezellig zijn ingericht. De eigenaresse woont er zelf ook, maar zij heeft haar eigen afgesloten woongedeelte en dit is gescheiden van de studenten kamers. Wassen kleding, internet, verbruikerskosten, schoonmaak en Spaanse lunch zijn inbegrepen bij de prijs. Feitelijk hoef je dus niet te koken, omdat de Spaanse lunch ‘’ la comida’’ het warme eten is. Je zult zeker van haar kook kunsten genieten en je het goed laten smaken. In het studenten gedeelte heb je je eigen magnetron en ijskast, want er kan geen gebruik gemaakt worden van de keuken, mede omdat ze voor haar studenten kookt.
De universiteit is 5 minuten lopen en als je de deur uitstapt van het appartement sta je meteen in het centrum en vind je allerlei studenten gelegenheden om een tapa te eten of iets te drinken.
Prijs per kamer is 520.00 euro per maand, inclusief alles, je hebt dus geen aparte bijkomende kosten. Bij reservering betaal je een maand borg, en 1e maand huur. De borg ontvang je aan het einde van de verhuurperiode weer terug.
Minimaal verblijf 5 maanden.

A very nice and cosy apartment with a total of 3 rooms in the heart of the city centre of Granada. The rooms are totally furnished. The rooms are separated from the part where the owner lives. She is a Spanish woman and will serve you once a day your lunch, which is the Spanish ‘’ la Comida’’ you can compare it with our dinner. We sure you will love here meals, because she loves to cook and cooks special Spanish meals. It’s not allowed to use the kitchen, but in the students part you have a microwave and fridge.
The University is on 5 minutes walking disctance. Downstairs, when you leave the apartment your in the city heart where you find al kind of student pubs and bars, to eat a tapa or find yourself something to drink.
Price is 520.00 a month including, cleaning service, also your clothes, internet/wifi, lunch, water, gas and electricity. By reservation you pay: 1 month deposit, and 1 month rent. The deposit you receive back at the end of the renting periode.
Minimum stay is 5 months.
