There are 2 bathroom and the young owner (28) who is architect lives here too.

You are on 5 minutes distance to the University and the city centre of Granada.

Prices room are 320.00 euro a month and expenses costs apart.

By reservation you pay 1 month deposit, and 1th month rent by a fixed down payment in advance. The deposit you receive back at the end of the renting periode.

Minimum stay is 5 months.
