Kamer met privé badkamer: 275.00 euro per maand Kamer met gedeelde badkamer : 225.00 euro per maand Bij reservering betaal je: 1 maand borg, en 1e maand huur. De borg wordt aan het einde van de verhuur periode weer aan je terug betaald.
Minimaal verblijf 5 maanden.

Nice and brand new apartment with al furniture in new state. The apartment have a total of 4 rooms, one is already rented to a Spanish girl from Barcelona. Fully furnished living room and fully equipped kitchen which also have a dishwasher. There are blankets, sheets and towels. The apartment have internet/wifi.
It’s about 5 minutes from the universities and 10 minutes from the faculty Cartuja.
Prices rooms:
Room with private bathroom – 275.00 euro per month Room – 225.00 euro per month By reservation you pay 1 month deposit, and 1th month rent. The deposit you receive back at the end of the renting period.
Minimum stay is 5 months.
